Payment

We are pleased to accept payment on-line by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.  Our system is fully encrypted and secure.

Postage

Please note that the customer is responsible for any local import duties which may be charged.

Delivery

As all of our knitwear is individually hand-crafted please allow 28 days for delivery of your order.  Deliveries to non UK addresses may take a little longer due to import security checks. All goods are sent using Royal Mail's 1st class service unless otherwise requested.

Gift Wrapping Service

If you wish us to send your gift directly to your friends or relatives we are pleased to offer you a gift wrapping service. We use high quality Birthday and christmas paper which is suitable for men, ladies or children and we include a personalised gift card. There is a comments box at the emnd of the order process where you can write your own greeting, e.g. Happy Birthday Aunty Flo, with love from Tom, Dick and Harry.  The parcel is then enclosed in our waterproof packaging to ensure its safe arrival. We will send you a copy of your order with your payment receipt to confirm that the parcel has been dispatched.

Guarantee

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item unworn within 7 days and we will happily refund the cost of the garment or exchange the item. When sending a return, the parcel remains your responsibilty until it reaches us, so we suggest you send it using registered post, in the unlikely event of it going astray.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect from you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).  We collect information from you for 2 reasons:  Firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.  We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.  We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing e-mail from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes your name and address, phone number, e-mail address, credit/debit card details.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.  The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.  You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us.  If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.  If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.  We may use technology to track patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site.  This can include using a cookie which would be stored on your browser.  You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening.  The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
