In placing an order for any of the items on our website you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions listed below. If you have any queries regarding these Terms and Conditions please contact us.
The mail order information in this website and the Terms and Conditions listed here do not affect your statutory rights.

We accept payment by debit or credit card and cheques made payable to Ty Hanleigh Knitwear.

Help and Advice
We are here to help. Whether you want to check availability, get advice on sizing, colour or style or you wish to discuss an order you have already placed, we want to make things easy for you. So please call or email us with any queries.
Product Description
We have taken a great deal of care to make sure our product information is accurate. However, discrepancies can occur. For example colour reproduction on a website is subject to variations in individual monitor settings and software.
All measurements are approximate.
Availability
As all items are individually made delivery can take up to 28 days from receipt of order.
However demand sometimes exceeds production and there may be a slight delay. We will always notify you in this case and keep you informed about your expected delivery date.
All orders are subject to availability. Receipt of an order via our website and the e-mailed confirmation to the customer of the receipt of the order do not constitute acceptance or guarantee fulfillment of the order.
Made to Order
Our garments are all hand-crafted in our own workshop which means we can take bespoke orders. So if you can’t find the colour, style, size or design you are looking for then we can probably create it for you. Please call us to discuss the details. Made to Order items may carry a non-refundable supplement of £20 and delivery times could vary depending on the complexity of your order.
Returns
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase simply return the item, unworn, within 7 days and we will happily exchange or refund the cost of the goods in full. When sending a return the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend using registered post, in the unlikely event of it going astray before it reaches us. Refunds will be issued by the same payment method as that used when order was placed.
If goods on which a discount or offer was originally received are returned, that discount /offer may no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold.
If a returned item was bought as a gift, only the original purchaser can be refunded.
Mailing List
If you place an order, your name and address will be added to our mailing list and you may receive future offers by post or e-mail. Your details will not be passed to any third parties.
To be removed entirely from our mailing list please send an e-mail to admin@tyhanleigh.com with ‘no mailing’ in the subject line. Please remember to include your name and address details in the e-mail.
